Well you need to pass your Theory tests first, so you need to get those booked. Plus you have to book your practical test, and there's usually a waiting list.

Otherwise, there's this little website, don't know if you've heard of it, called http://www.google.co.uk/

Or even better the yellow pages. Phone a few places up and ask them!! (thats driving schools you want to phone!!! :p )

You could always just book one lesson with somebody, see how well you pick the whole driving thing up. Some people can take a few lessons and sail through it all. Some people have to take 150 lessons and 5 tests before they pass.

To be blunt - your whole attitude is very alarming. It may not be intentional, but you are very rush-rush. This attitude will not get you through a driving test, no matter how many lessons you have, and all you will have acheived is an empty wallet. The big brightly book called Yellow Pages will probably give iyou a much quicker reply - ring some of the numbers under the 'driving schools' entries. (for future reference, you may care to just add a one worded post "bump" which will get your thread brought back to the top)
#10
don't rush it. People who pass in 2 weeks usually end up writing off their car.

If you are going to book an intensive course, I would recommend one where the retest is included in the package (you pay more but it is definetely good insurance to pay). However I would warn against intensive courses, the pass rate is very low, and it doesn't give you time to learn the correct procedures. I would recommend your local driving instructor. Stear away (nice pun ultimo!) from the AA and BSM, as these tend to be 'instructor college' instructors, the long standing good instructors will cost a little more. However that all said, if you get someone to take you out for an hour a week inbetween weekly lessons you will soon get the hang of it and will pass quickly. I passed first time after 10 lessons (my experienced driving instructors quickest ever passer). However I was a natural driver and I had the luxury of my own car and a couple of good mates that had a death wish to come driving with me.
#12
Like I said, take a look in the yellow pages. There are some driving schools that offer the "crash" course. But if you are a natural driver ( ie - not female!! :p ) then you may only need a few lessons and that will save you a few quid. Ring around, see whats on offer.

i think your behaving like a dick dealtothetop but anyway,it takes the average person 35 hours of driving lessons and 15 hours of private driving to pass their driving test. i think it costs on average a £1000 dont forget you have to pay for lessons and bookings of tests etc.

I find it really funny haha you get people being clever behind a pc screen yet when you see them in real life to do deals etc they always never seem to say any **** to your face and what do you expect i ask a ? nd i get all this rubbish off people when its a forum i asked a ? if you didnt have an answer dont post simple as that. Anyway thanks agian to the people that have helped.

it shouldn't matter a flying fcuk how many posts i have made. If you opened your mind and shut your mouth for 5 minutes, peoples attitude to you may be different .Where i work, i see literally hundreds of teenagers pushed through intensive tests every week. They are not even taken out for night driving experience, so for the 'lucky' ones who pass their test, 2 weeks later proves to have been woefully short, when it comes to driving experience. They assume they have a licence and that is sufficient - WRONG!! They have no respect for themselves, their passengers or other road users. Unless you stop being so agressive, i pity the poor shmuck who gets lumbered teaching you - worse still anyone who comes within metres of you behind the wheel of your killing machine!! Come back when you've learnt some manners, and maybe even learnt to shave kid...

ahhhhhh you can drive a scooter. Well its obvious you'll have no problems passing a driving test then.
Should manage it in about a week...
As long as you like the instructor

Look you posted on a public forum and so far anyone who has actually bothered to point out the FACTS to you has been shot down in flames
Your attitude sucks seriously why would anyone want to help you?

Show me a post outside this thread where my attitude sucks .
If you can find one post in this thread that doesn't mirror your own I'll be surprised.

Perhaps I wasn't clear enough. What I should have said was anyone who has tried to help you by pointing out the facts has been shot down in flames simply because their opinions differ to yours
