why do you keep changing it ?

because i need an earlier date, but then my instructor said his other pupil is doing test at the same time, which I should have confirmed with him first.

On the site you can change it:

Change a test booking online

To change a test booking, you will need to enter two out of the following three details:

Your application reference number

Your GB or NI (Northern Ireland) provisional driving licence number

Your theory test pass certificate number
Using the details shown above, you can change when and where the test is booked.
To change a test booking at short notice (within 3 working days of the test) you will incur an additional fee.
You can change a test at short notice online, or over the phone, using the national booking line on 0870 01 01 372

Don't forget - if you change your test time or date, you must make sure your driving instructor is available on the new date/time.

ps Good luck with your test

it won't allow me to change it on the site because i have change it 3 times, unless i give them a call.

which is why i wonder, if i cancel it, and i rebook it, that means, it started from the first time, and i can change the time on site and i can check the time anytime. my question is, whether i can rebook it straight away after i cancel my existing test date or i have to wait until they refund...or wait certain days..

think you should be ok, you only have to wait if you fail a test

When you rebook, get your instructor to give you his ADI number and the test centre system will automatically move your test if the instructor already has one on the day and time you select.

The ADI number doesnt work when you enter it online though, only if you tell them over the phone. I am learning with BSM and was told that even if they book it they cant use the ADI number because it doesnt recognise it

I don't believe there's any restrictions on when you can rebook a test after cancelling it, the only restriction I'm aware of as mentioned above is the ten days after failing a test. I recently sat my motorbike test and was advised to book my test and then check for any cancellations to get it sooner. As it stood however I didn't actually have to change any of my test dates so I can't say for sure.

Had my date through this morning - Friday the 13th!!! Who do they think I am?!?!?! Have changed it to a (hopefully!) more lucky day!

I actually failed my motorbike test when conditions were good, on the third attempt when everything seemed against me I passed which was a bit odd but I'm not complaining ;)
