Love to have seen them stick the ticket in the machine for that one.

Can't believe they are getting praise for noticing it after 3 years, what about having a go at them for not noticing it for 3 years.

thats ridonkulous, 3 yrs! and surely if the owner thought it had been stolen and presumably paid out by insurance then the car is not theirs anymore, it belongs to the insurance company ( < prob wrong but hey)

My grandad did exactly the same thing in an NCP car park, it was only there for 3 weeks though.
Parked in one car park, forgot and throught he had parked in another!

Haha, I like the way the parking attendant is praised. I am presuming its not her first day. wouldn't she of noticed maybe after a few days at most that the same car was there all the time, never moved, always in the same space. How long before you got suspicious a few days? a few weeks? a few months? Come on!

Caption under the picture of her as well reads "To the rescue". Well if I'm ever in danger or need assistance I don't think I would call for her! X)

i cant believe this story. how can a car be parked in a ncp garage for 3 years.

did they have to pay the parking costs too? it costs £1.10 for 1 hour to park in that ncp. how many hours in 3 years?

I love this part "it's a real testament to the security of NCP car parks that the car was secure"

So these great Security staff patrol the car park for over 3 Years Night & Day & then once the car becomes dirty they think...Hmmmmm that car is not right it's dirty oO
