Its the same principle as the port forwarding for CCCam Id imagine. What Cam did you buy? Ive been looking at buying a couple of external cams. They're either to expensive or pants!

Which one is it? I just had a google, but the only ones I saw were quite cheap and looked internal. I'm looking at external. (My brand new car arrives on Wednesday.... so deffo want to keep a good eye on it!)

You'll have to edit your username/password so I can get a peek at the quality (and you can change back after!)

o yea wasnt nothing to special m8 was to look @ the dogs etc (person who sold me jd wants to see him) and to watch the front door, your talking about a much better setup and much more costly, does it have to be an ip cam ? can you not use a normal cam and a cheap pc as a server/connection for the camera

Yeh.. and to be honest, for security purposes, since a PC needs to be on for recording reasons, its hardly worth the expense for IP. Just makes it easy to configure - and useable without a PC (but with limitations)
