i got myself the k610i with 3 with 11months free deal, but that was wednesday afternoon, and they are still doing a credit check.... this is my first contract, never needed one until now, so i don't really know how it all works. is there a way i could email (they take years to answer phone) the customer service on e2save? although they are closed on a saturday..

I think you'll find it's the network operator who is doing the credit check, not e2save.

yeah i know but e2save is supposed to inform me of delays arnt they?

should i phone up 3 and find out from them then? although im not sure if that will work as i got the contract via e2save

E2Save do take some time sometimes but do eventually get the phone out to you as i have also waited for a phone to get sent out to me,as i can remember i nearly waited 2 weeks for a phone that i ordered from them.

still nothing... is there no email adress i could email them on as they take ages to pick up, last time waited 20 minutes and decided to hang up.

There is a Freephone number for e2save if it's the cost of the call that's holding you back. I've not waited longer than 15 minutes to speak to anyone so perhaps it depends on when you phone.

phoned up today, got through after 20 minutes, the person asked for info and then asked me to hold... 5minutes later i hear "the other person has cleared"....

I really hate these web phone retailers...they make you so nervous about whether there are any hidden conditions you've failed to notice.

I'm currently awaiting 2 cashbacks from this lot...on previous occasions I have had a text message to confirm receipt of my application ...it has now been 5 working days since I posted 1st class recorded and I've had no text message...guess I'll have to check the recorded deliveries have been signed for and go from there....we're talking over £200 so I'm already concerned.

It was only by chance that I checked the e2save website for the address to send the cashback claim only to find it had changed from Wednesbury to Dunstable.

I nowhave another cashback claim to make to The Link so had better check the address for claims..wouldn't mind a bet that it has changed also.

i might pop over to loughborough and have a go at customer service myself... well i won't as its 100 miles away.


finally got through to one of the nicer people! didn't sound miserable, actually listened to me and put me through to the sales team about the problem. sales person said he couldn't do anything other than email 3 asking them to do their job. he also said he'd phone me back in 15 mins, let me know whats happening.
