e2save cashback claim

hi,
in my last month (12th month), and its time for the cashback thing again, didn't get my last one, but I know why now, they f***ed about with the rule changing.
i just logged into my e2save account bit to see the details and it says:

Send month 10 claim between 14th Feb 2008 and 14th Mar 2008 £35.00
Send month 12 claim between 14th Apr 2008 and 13th May 2008 £35.00

what happened to 'Make sure you claim within 45 days from the date on the relevant airtime bill", my bills are dated 21st of each month.

Also, i'm sure it says to put in the first two pages of your bill, that doesn't mean I need to put in the upgarde letter they sent with my bill does it? that has page 1 of 3 on it.

thanx

i ALWAYS send the full bill....with the little voucher thing.....as SOON as i recieve my bill....

ive missed about 2 or 3 ...first one because i was given the wrong details on the phone......then i was told again on the phone not to bother sending the vouchers cos they dont use them anymore......got a letter saying sorry the claim was incomplete.....

so the only 3 times ive recieved my claim is when ive sent the full bill, with voucher, about a week after recieving it......

hope it makes sense as i have babbled

ahhh, so you just stick in all the pages in you get in the envelope, makes sense
thanx
guess I can't go wrong sticking in all 3 pages, normally I only have the two pages i send in, those pages that are page 2 and 3 here.

as long as u dont need that page id just put them all in....or its likely they will count that as an incomplete claim with it being 1 of 3 and one of them missing. they are crafty....they have used many ways to try mess up my claims..lol...

Agree with all the above, are you sure that you haven't lost the right to future claims because of missing one?

They did the same to me, I complained and got my cashback paid still.

I just sent the full bill - voucher and a covering letter. Sent signed for delivery. (Also took photocopies of everything).

Phoned em up last night to check they'd received it. They had and everything was in order and it had been cleared.

Cashback cheque arrived today - 14 days after I submitted the claim.

My 12 months just expired and upgraded to 400 mins and 500 text by talking to a chap at CarPhoneWarehouse.

Although I got the phone from E2Save, he told me of the new addess for sending cashback claims, as per CPW website.

Anyway, nearly a month now and no cashback cheque. And nearly a week into upgrade contract and no details of how to claim all my money back over the next 12 months. I can't help feeling duped.... has anyone else done an upgrade over the phone for a promise of your money back. I know why they offer it (CPW are fined over £300 by O2 if they lose customers) but am getting worried, and seeing more and more people not getting money makes me think they may not honour their side

Check your online account with CPW

I had this last year when I wanted to cancel a contract after 12 months.

They offered me a £25/month contract and would give me £300 cashback, so free for the next year in effect.

They then credited my account with £300.

No vouchers, no cheques, no claims to be made, just £300 in my online O2/CPW account.
