e2save cashback dates

I bought a virgin sim only deal via e2save back in October 7th 2007, and it says that I need to send my 3rd and 6th bill.
I worked out that it needs to be 7th January for the 3rd month claim, however when I login to my accouint at e2save it says: Send month 3 claim between 7th Dec 2007 and 31st Dec 2007 £45.00.

Now I am confused, is the e2save my account system wrong?

Not really sure if this is right
If your connnected on 7th October your 1st bill should be 1 month in advance so covers 7th October to 7th November, 2nd one covers 7th November to 7th December & 3rd covers 7th Decemeber to 7th January. So the 3rd one should come in the post just after 7th December which is the one you send.Think thats right:thinking:

I bought from e2save on 28th August 2007 and this is their instruction to me ( my first bill was in month's advance plus a few days of the current month) :-

Offer Breakdown You Get
Send bill 4 between 28th Nov 2007 and 31st Dec 2007 £90.00
Send bill 6 between 28th Jan 2008 and 29th Feb 2008 £90.00
Send bill 8 between 28th Mar 2008 and 30th Apr 2008 £90.00
Send bill 10 between 28th May 2008 and 30th Jun 2008 £90.00
Send bill 12 between 28th Jul 2008 and 31st Aug 2008 £90.00

Hope this helps. You really have to go online and download all the general info and your specfic information for your account too.

This is what it said on my redemption page when I signed up:
Instalment 1 - You will need to claim 3 months from connection and you have 30 days from this date to submit your claim. Send us your claim form and monthly bill showing your name, address, mobile number and tariff you are connected to. (This bill must be no older than 28 days when we receive it and have no balance brought forward.)
i.e. if you purchased on the 1st of January 2007, you need to send in the bill that is dated around the 1st April 2007, and you will have until the 30th April 2007 to do so. This is 90 days (3 months) after connection.

Sounds daft, almost radical, but ring them. Get the name of the person you speak with too!
Your call will be logged, what you spoke of, and if you do as they say, and owt goes wrong, you have some recourse, cos the online system does not *always* match when you should be sending in.........
