E2save Cashback Help Plz

hello im due to claim my first cashback on my contract from e2save but not too sure how its done

can anyone who has RECIEVED thier cashback tell me in a little detail
how they did it

ill write what i know

i send my 4th bill (this months) via recorded delivery
attach the cashback voucher

to a dunstable address not the wednesbury one as i read its not the correct one???!??!

any other pointers aprreciated

Please have a look, there are more threads about e2save in this section of the forum.
A lot will depend on when you bought the phone, but be careful, 4th month and 4th bill may NOT be the same alas

If you log into your account on the E2save website, you syhould be able to get all your cashback details. It tells you which months bill to send.

Yeah but Bobbajob, this is not always correct. My login says feb bill send in, e2save and the chequeback leaflet says Jan bill and i am not alone in this

Yeah, I had this as well. The email and terms they send out told me I had to claim with my 4th Bill.. which worked out to be Nov.. but they claimed I was late as my account on their website claims it had to be the Oct bill. So got a letter saying I was late in claiming so wouldn't get anything

Spent an hour on hold with their customer services, told them about what the literature they had sent me had said, and the guy was most unhelpful and told me I was wrong. Told him we'd see what Trading Standards would say, and put the phone down. That was a week ago. Got a text today from them saying they had been in error and would be sending out my cheque.. never did get around to going to Trading Standards with my paperwork

So this begs the question.. do I go with my account for when I'm supposed to send the next bill.. or go with the literature.. I'm so confused :oops:

basically i telephoned them, because the same happened to me (i bet you got the phone near the end of the month) but the guy on the phone said they had looked again at it and decided they were in error and that i would recieve my first cashback 28 days from the 16th ( i phoned on the 18th) that same day i got a txt saying i would recieve it in 30 days.

Why should it take 28 or 30 days to send me my check, they have admitted to being wrong ? I'm thinking of sending a dated recorded delivery letter in anycase detailing my case and that if they dont send my cashback within 14 days i am taking them to small claims court. i feel their still scamming me , know how when you get that feeling !!!

Yup, I got my phone at the end of the month.. around the 25th or something like that. I have to wait 30 days from the 20th for my check.. I wonder if it will actually turn up..

I'm going to have to call them again to make sure I send the right bill.. they do like to make things complicated!
