e2save cashback rejected!

can anyone help, my first cashback has been rejected saying the bill sent was not sent within time, but on my cashback info it says Send month 6 claim between 26th Sep 2008 and 25th Oct 2008, which I thought I did, the only thing I can think of is should I of sent the sixth bill I received or the one after six months which would of been the seventh bill?
Cheers

I think the 6th bill is the 5 month one, because you get the first bill straight away when you join

It's things like this that make the phone companies offer cashback deals - they know that people make mistakes.

I'm afraid there is nothing you can do and you will have also invalidated any remaining cashbacks also - sorry to be the bearer of bad new, but that's what you agreed to

ASAP ask their customer services what you should send and do it.

But you only get, like, 30 days to send the bill - obviously OP has well missed the deadline already because he sent the bill that came the month after the one they should have sent

When I had the cash back offers it was with o2 and they clearly state what number bill it is at the top. So I used to photocopy the bill and the contract and send it in highlighted, I never had a problem.

It sounds like you missed the boat unfortunately and it is one of the loopholes they save money on. I am sure if everybody sent in their bills correcly they would go bust!!!!

Thanks for replies,
I did send the sixth bill that I received, which was after 5 months, but I'm thinking it must be the seventh bill I need to send which is after six calender months,

ring e2save customer service (0800 0496496) and I am sure they will kindly tell you which month bill you need to send, I rang them before making my first cashback claim and it went through successfully (I am going to send of my 3rd claim tomorrow as I have sent 2 of already without any problems)

I am sure you still have up till 25th October so you still have time!
