I took out a 12 month contract withy Orange through E2save.
I sent off my last cashback paperwork in Feb but heard nothing back from E2save.
When I contacted them I was informed it had not been recieved.
I contacted Royal Mail as it was sent through the signed for service & they sent me a letter confirming it had been delivered on 28th Feb but could not provide a signature.
E2save have said that the Royal Mail letter does not constitute proof of delivery and I should make a claim through Royal Mail.
Royal mail have sent me a claim form but have said that I may only get my postage back.
I'm bloody annoyed with both of them but not sure who I should be pursueing.
Any advice would be appreciated.
