Right, I am a bit annoyed by this at the moment.
Ordered a Samsung E900 over the weekend with E2save, everything went smoothly - got emails etc.
Today, I emailed then asking whether the phone was in stock since it wasnt despatched yesterday and when to expect it. Couple of hours later I find myself declined by o2!
Got on the phone to them - being a bit shocked I asked why I had been declined despite having a o2 contract already and paying all my bills. But it seems that all she was interested in was whether I wanted to switch to a different network and try that instead. The o2 deal was the best of the bunch with 8 months free (thanks Ducky) and the other networks really didnt have good deals.
The thing that also worried me was that CPW being the parent company - doesnt have stock of the e900 currently and how that stock suddenly popped into the warehouse right after i enquired about my order worried me too!
I mean was E2save trying to meet targets with ordering and despatch times or was a simply a too good of a deal to be offered to me? lol
I m probably ranting over nothing - just that I ve always be ok with credit checking stuff... :(
