how much is an additional driver or is it free ?

Response (XLAgent2) 12/07/2008 10:42
Dea Mr Taylor,

Thank you for contacting us.

Only one driver may be listed on the rental agreement. Please note that additional drivers may not be added until you arrive at the location for vehicle collection and before the vehicle is allocated. Please refer to the terms and conditions to see what documents are required. Regretfully however, drivers cannot be added to a contract once the vehicle has been allocated.

Please be aware that an additional driver and/or young driver fee may apply to bookings.

I hope that this has clarified the matter for you.

Kind regards,
Lawrence Eros

You didn't actually answer the question did you. I asked how much was an additional driver or is it free.

Response (XLAgent2) 13/07/2008 09:26
Dear Mr Taylor,

I am very sorry, but you do not seem to have submitted enough information for me to assist you as fully as I would like. Could you please resubmit your question providing me with more details of the incident?

Unfortunately without more information I will be unable to produce any specific answer to your problem.

Although your Incident is showing as "solved" this is an internal system procedure and does not mean your case is closed, you can resubmit further information using the reference number below.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,
Lawrence Eros
