#3
the fruit hunni will increase the acid in your stomach....

how about sipping low fat milk and some dry crackers like ryvita? x x
#4
Arrowroot bicuits are meant to be great for Morning sickness......did nothing for me mind lol, but then nothing did
#5
How about plain biscuits? They were ideal when I felt really sickly.
#6
i know this dosent sound nice but i used to boil vegetables and nibble on them ie maybe a plate of brussel sprouts thing like that but then your taste buds are different when your pregnant!

cucumber
suspended#8
carrot stick, pepper strips , celery and crackers x

I found the only thing that stopped me feeling sickly was Fresh Orange Juice and Ice Lollies. Used to get the sugar free ones so that fact that I would eat up to 10 a day meant I didn't load on the calories!!

Oh and a ginger biscuit in the morning worked really well too.

Rice cakes are like polystyrene and cucumber is really acidy, stay away from that cos it won't help. What about oranges?

Never had sickness but I can imagine its horrible, I hope it passes for you hun x
#23
i know how u feel i had that really bad morning sickness the one where you end up in hospital on a drip and Ice Lollies (like kaz) or ice chips was one of the only things that helped me
apples where good to and they help with iron if you need it

Aww I loved being pregnant, all of it apart from giving up alcohol but seriously it is such a special time

i hated being pregnant :-(
for the first trimester even the smell of the gas oven made me hieve BUT crackerbreads worked a treat for me aswell as mcdonalds and prawn sandwiches lol
hope you dont feel too sick for long :)

I was so sick I couldn't keep anything down for more than a minute. Then I thought I was safer just to sip at water but with every sip I vomited. As it was my first pregnancy I thought it was normal until one day I was lying on the couch and I thought I was going to die.Got to the hospital and they told me that I was so dehydrated that in another 24 hours I would be dead.I was in hospital for ages and had to take anti sickness tablets which knocked me out. They were like really strong sleeping pills.

With my third pregnancy, like you, I was hardly ever sick but felt like it all the time.I ate whatever I wanted the whole way through and didn't even put on 1 pound.I just kept really active and drank tons of water which I think helped stop me fromm pigging out too much.If you keep your mealtimes really healthy then they should be naturally lower in calories so you can have more indulgent snacks.

Typical me, but haven't read through the pages and pages  so don't know if it's been mentioned, I ate things like prawns and sweetcorn, not sure why, but had silly cravings and never for weight gaining food, didn't put on weight other than baby and even after 3

Hahaha I laughed as I was the same with my second, the only pregnancy/birth with no issues, figure that one out!

Have to agree on that one, my third, not planned in the slightest, carried on working until the day before I gave birth :? ate as normal, but also still had a glass of wine every night after work  yet he was huge (8lbs 11oz) and 3 weeks early :w00t: and was the strongest and healthiest of my babes  Was as good as gold with my other 2 but both were premature and both had early problems :?

Have you tried sips of lucozade - the original stuff? Really worked well for me.
