daft question mabey but im selling stuff on ebay and had someone thats not in the UK that wants to bid how do i change the listing so they can bid cant seem to find it? cheers

I agree with the comment left by 'whatsthePoint'. Just sell to UK buyers only because it is very expensive to send goods outside the UK by a trackable means.

If you sell to somebody outside the Uk and the goods don't arrive, how will you defend it? Ebay/Paypal will always rule in favour of the buyer if you can't provide proof of delivery.

Royal Mail recorded delivery for goods within the UK is relatively cheap by comparison.

absolutely ..... UK only always .... I sold stuff all over europe some years ago and the times the items went 'missing' and I lost out was too much in the end..

I agree with all the others. I sold something to Southern Ireland and it cost me double to send it there. Since then I have only sold to the UK.

You can not change the listing to outside the UK when it is a Quick sell format but you can put the User in your accept list (so he can bid when his address is outside of UK)
