Just bought my game, Should I wait for payment or offer second chance to buyer with a few pounds less with 277 positive feedback? If I can do this how do I do it?

Why the urgency? i expect the person with 1 feedback doesn' t know how it all works, i would send them an invoice requesting the total, give them at least a few days .... surely??

We all had 1 feedback at one point... unless you are still on 0 lol

Give him 24 hours.. Normally an option to offer it to the next person in the "My ebay" tab... Mind you, that's when im selling multiple items. Same should apply for individual

How many people have 1 private feedback which aren't scammers?
Many people start somewhere but I am suspicious about private feedback.

Sounds like you're not that much better than the other fella with 1 feedback.
so why discriminate them

lol...This is hilarious, i have over 100 feedback, but all my listing are private, and most of its just junk from in the house which i get rid off! you're not suspicious, you're just insecure...lol

Oh and i know this is naughty of me but sometimes I change my mind and just dont pay and like i say my feedback is 100% positive over 100. Dont let feedback disillusion you

Did you stipulate a time in which the buyer had to pay for the item?
If not then I think you might find you have to give them seven days.
You are as bound by eBay to uphold your end of the transaction as they are, in future it may be worth adding "Payment must be made within 24 hours" to the listing.......

I have been on ebay long enough to know from my experience that people with low feedback tend to be the time waters and scammers.
I will give him a chance but I can imagine them later putting in a paypal claim...

Don't be silly, I just didn't make my feedback private and buy an expensive game with my second purchase.

You make little sense.

You can have a "gut" feeling yes, but saying stuff like

people with low feedback tend to be the time waters and scammers.

is completely wrong imo.

You didn't take my whole quote though you cut off the beginning

from my experience

Which is true. I have had 7 different people with less than 5 feedback that have tried to scam me or just didn't pay.
Not all people all like that but in my personal experience it has been common.
Thank you DarrylJohn you were helpful. Answer has been answered, close thread.
