Curious. sold an item on ebay, buyer stated upon delivery was not as described, i disagreed but agreed to refund upon return. Buyer even opened a dispute via ebay to return it. It has been almost 3 weeks and still i have not received the item back.
what is best to do? do i leave it, and hopefully have ebay decide in my favour as they haven't returned it? or will ebay just refund them anyway so should i contact ebay to prompt them to return item?

Contact eBay and advise them the item has not been returned.

contact the buyer & tell them 2 return it asap, then contact ebay, do not refund untill they tell u!!!! good luck.

there is no chance i will action a refund without receiving the item and checking it thoroughly. I kind of hope its been lost as im certain the buyer was trying to pull a fast one.

Contact the buyer and if the person does not answer back, then contact ebay and explain the situation in detail and its very likely that ebay will take your side. Don't refund the item.

This happened to my daughter buyer would not return item because my daughter refused to pay postage to return it. Turns out buyer never returned item and ebay found no one at fault so she got item without paying and ebay refunded.

LOL. So far The buyer has told ebay they have sent the item back and i have received and could i check the condition of it?? Then Ebay are telling me thankyou for providing a tracking number that shows the item is on its way to the buyer!! ??
Getting a bit nervous now :/

Well. Ebay found in my favour, after first making a final decision that the buyer was to return item and i was to refund. But today ebay closed the case in my favour and released my payment. Now the buyer has filed a claim with their bank stating the payment was not authorised !! I obviously have tracking information and posted to the address provided by both ebay and paypal, hopefully the bank will see this as a fraudulent claim like ebay did

people like this really annoy me,ebay is a crap place to trade,too many crooks on there both buyers and sellers,they buyer is trying to keep the item and get out of paying for it in my opinion

The value in total was £64, paypal havent backed me yet, ebay did.
