Can anyone give advice about this?
I bought items from an ebay seller (all fine), upon receiving them I realised they weren't suitable, so I asked if I could return them and have a refund - they said fine (their listings say they do return/refund). I returned them, and have heard nothing since in 3 weeks, despite sending about 4 emails - they just ignore me. Yet they've sold on the items (with bids higher than what I paid), and are still active, but it seems they just don't want to give me the refund they promised.
There's dispute centres on paypal (which I used) and ebay, but it seems only regarding if you "haven't received (a) item"
What can I do about this guys? Shall I just persue the paypal "item dispute" route?
