Hope someone can help.
I won a buy it now, some expensive Vibram Five Finger shoes. The seller had 100% feedback and was UK based. However, the shoes are fakes. They look different to the real thing and have spelling mistakes. More info here: http://birthdayshoes.com/forum/five-fingers-newbie-board/are-my-vff-speeds-fake/
I didn't know it at the time, but apparently there are more fake vibram five fingers than real ones on ebay. They are everywhere.
The seller has a return policy, but if I return them, he has my money and the shoes and can carry on selling fakes.
Or should I issue a "Not as described", and tell ebay they are fake?
My worries is that ebay will ask me to prove they are fake, which will be impossible - no Vibram dealers near me.
It should be down to the seller to prove they are genuine, not me!
Would really appreciate some advise.
