Ebay feedabck question

I sold an item a couple of weeks ago, had no response from the buyer, so opened a non paying bidder case with ebay, i have now cosed the case and got a final value credit, but on trying to leave feedback the only thing i can leave is positive??

I know ebay removed the option of negative feedback sometime ago, but surely you should still have the option to leave neutral and then leave comments to warn other sellers??

As it is this guy still has 100% feedback (only 1 that is ) yet he's obviously a time waster

1. Ebay have had the positive-only rule for sellers to leave for years.

2. He will get a non-paying strike. Which is minor but the only negative thing for him.

3. Ebay loves buyers and screws sellers up the....
yeah it does seem a bit unfair, funny enough after me just closing the case i got an email from the buyer saying he's been away and now his phone is broke he doesn't need it....yeah right!

It just shows that all the things i've sold on ebay have usually gone smoothly as i've never needed the option to leave a negative for a buyer...until now
