People will still buy if you got a fair bit of good f/b,I've got 7 negs and a few neutrals, ppl still buy.
#2
Do you mean negative feedback ? as your feedback score % doesn't go down with any neutral feedback left ? :?
#3
Yep must be neg for it to go down, neutral remains same,no change.
#4
nope, neutral, check your feedbacks, it's all changed

The Positive Feedback percentage is calculated based on the number of positive, negative and neutral ratings (including Repeat Feedback) received in the last 12 months as folows:

Positives

Positives + Neutrals + Negatives

Member's 12 Month Feedback ratings
Positives:761Neutrals:2Negatives: 0

Member's Positive Feedback percentage

761 = 99.7%

761 + 2 + 0

not anymore. Ebay has started to change the feedback rules. It's also neutrals that count now. But on the other hand it's only the last 12 months that count for the percentage score now.

I'm peed off that the sellers one was allowed as they over-charged me £4.00 p&p (it was all 2nd hand packaging, and I even took out ebay fees, paypal fees and bus fair out of original charge and was still £4.00 overcharged!!!)

yeah but I don't expect to be ripped off!! I mean £1.50 extra yeah ok, but not £4.00 on top of added expenses.
#10

I'm all confused about the new ebay feedback system.. So is a neutral effectively the same as a negative now. Is it? And is it right that a seller cannot neg anyone now? I'm soooooooooooooo confused..
#15
yup afraid so, neutrals basically count as negs now, and yes you cant leave negatives if your a seller either, ebays losing the plot big time
#16
Thet really have lost the plot.. There are as many bad buyers as there are sellers.. I suppose if the seller can leave a neutral that's as nearly as bad.. There are a lot of retaliation feedback left by both buyers and sellers..
In the good old days of yahoo auctions the feedback was moderated and removed if you could prove this was the case.. I suppose ebay is just to big to do that..:x

Sellers can't leave negatives or neutrals, only positives can be left from now on...:x
