Thank you very much!
Lady sells me a wireless steering wheel for £7 when it gets to me it's broken the wheel snapped off the base I was shocked there was NO bubble wrap AT ALL no bags no newspapers nothing! Then tells me i've ruined her day? She tells me to send it back to her then i'll get a refund the postage costs £6.55 75p extra for recorded (which she didn't provide me) so I get 45p in the end which would be the petrol to the post office if that. Also I rang up the company and they said they'd replace it if I paid for postage so i'd rather send it there. I even asked her to claim with royal mail she ignored that suggestion. I ended up closing the dispute :x. Now made a reply to my negative feedback and her postive one saying doesn't want to return and get a refund, it was packed in original packing (a manual the wheel in a box?)

Nice! :-O I hate people like that.
If they can´t pack stuff properly they shouldn´t sell with the option of delivery and only do local pickup.
She couldn´t even claim from RM if she wanted to as she didn´t pack it properly and they would decline the request. Give ebay a call and tell them what happened. You may get a voucher out of it for having hassle with her ;-)
I got 20 pounds last time just cuz a guy was mean to me in a message lol
Only works though if you´ve been with them for a while and have a good standing feedback wise etc.
(and always depends on who you speak to)
Wanna show me the feedback? Little curious now :-)

Yep sure check out wolverinex360a (i've been with ebay years now the thing is they keep suspending me for being associated with weird accounts i haven't really heard of :? says 12 months suspension then after the 12 months it's still suspended and apparently permanently? Right now i only got 3.

I see. No chance of a voucher then ;-)

They can´t just assume cuz it´s the original packaging that it´s fit for posting the item.
Idiots!
And if anything they should pay for the return postage too as it was their fault cuz of lack of padding in the package.
Why would anyone even sell something like that for 7 pounds and free delivery.
Alone postage for it is about that much.

Exactly what I told them,
Not sure but bargain for me well it was.
Another thing it says 2x aa batteries and on the box its 4x aa batteries and she told me there was no vibration mentioned on the box although it clearly says vibration lool.

Hopefully will get it replaced

Ahh I had motorstorm reserved but it sent me an email saying it's £17.59 so I thought they wouldn't honour it so didn't bother :-( guess I was wrong. I had infamous anyway and got resistance wasn't too bothered about motorstorm

@tinkerbell28

Yeah once you get banned or suspended no new accounts should be made.
Can´t blame ebay for closing these accounts too.
(I didn´t say anything earlier cuz that wasn´t what the topic was about really ;-) )
I´ve been with ebay since april 99 and have a flawless record. Takes work sometime
but I´d rather do that than not being able to buy and sell there anymore
#14
True :)
But if it´s true with the missing padding in the package etc
it´s the sellers fault.
We only know Met-Casts side of things and can only speculate whether it was like that or not.

So that will be a yes then, more to this than meets the eye, ebay suspended you and naru'd you for some reason in the past, rather than sort it out you keep making accounts by your own admission to bypass suspension which keep getting suspended/naru'd by proxy as they will be associated with all the other naru accounts including the original..
Ebay usually suspend for bad buying practises, ie lots of disputes and refund requests, repeat selling issues and disputes, non payment of fees, association with a NARU account .

Not the set up of an honest ebayer, if you were suspended/naru'd originally by error, it would be easy to appeal, why you wouldn't and keep making proxy accounts for 3 years which will get suspended, usually suggests one has something to hide..............

You don't do that here do you:w00t:

Well they said it was associated with a suspended account not sure what NARU means, I've used the same address as my brother and he's paid for stuff using my account and I know he's had his accounts banned. But always came up with a dennis one maybe my brother paid with that and used the same address would that matter? I tried resolving it but they were strict and I even told them it could be my brother but they were still reluctant to listen. It has never been because of the examples you gave up there always an association with some account. Since we moved it has stopped suddenly.

Well yeah it is because it may not be the seller at fault, who has been basically named with op posting id's, it may be a buyer who has a serial habit of snads, not saying it is you never know. Not fair to name the seller in effect and give one side is it? I certainly would not trust a NARU members words, especially when it would of been for a reason and they created mutiple accounts to carry on and avoid it.
No different to a seller being banned on here, making a multi to carry on trading, it's just not allowed and you wouldn't trust them:)

TanyaSpace
True :)

She agreed to the missing of padding etc. I received the item with the wheel off the base but still connected through the wires I told her I would post pics if she didn't believe me, I don't even think I should be proving anything
#17
tinkerbell28
Yup and he should not of all but named and shamed the seller which is what he did when posting id's.
I know who I would trust the seller or a member who as been banned mutiple times over 3 years and keeps making accounts to avoid it, by their own admission:)

I posted the id of my account. If you don't want to trade with me or help me I suggest you leave :x

Similar happened to me and I got suspended through no fault of my account

Ebay do not make it easy to appeal a ban and it is really frustrating so maybe thats why people get fed up and just decide to register a new account

I got suspended a few years back, said due to a connection with a suspended member,I hadn't a clue who the suspended member was they were on about, but it took me almost 1 month to get my ebay account back,

It turned out I had purchased an item for a friend,I'd added their credit card to my paypal account at the time to make the payment so it wasn't taken from my bank. This apparently turned out to be the card which they had orignally registered to their suspended ebay account,so this tracing of linked accounts apparently came via paypal,

I had to fax ebay id photo's etc which I thought was really stupid as obviously they knew I wasn't the person named on the card since it was a different name etc,

It went on for weeks, back and forth, they took ages to respond and I was on the verge of telling them just to forget it,so I can see how other people would do the same then decide later maybe when they wanted to buy something to just register again

See that's the point you can appeal a ban and get it overturned if you are in the right, surely that's less effort than making new accounts again and again and again over 3 years, if it's an error on ebay's part and not your fault much easier to appeal it. They will overturn it if it's a wrong decision and you can prove it.

So would you not though after 3 years of having to register again and again and again, just sort it out?

I suppsoe my point with op is, it's no different to trading on here with loads of banned multi's op should not even be on ebay full stop, after having mutiple accounts banned, we are not talking just one here and then have the cheek to have a go at a seller whilst naming them by proxy with his id.

It's not fair and nor does it add up at all.

Yes,it can be overturned BUT I'm just saying I can see why someone would get fed up with the hoops ebay were asking them to jump through,

If I'd just been a buyer I would've given up as I was losing patience wth them, but as it happened I was trying to sell so I had no choice

I'm only 15 I didn't even realise ringing ebay would make a difference I sent them numerous emails they didn't even suggest id's or anything, tinks your being really harsh and stubborn.:w00t:

It gets worse you shouldn't even be using ebay and paypal at 15 probably why you stayed banned:w00t:

He's winding you up
