Ebay Feedback

Last month I bought a LG K500 from ebay. In the description it said light scratches but when I received it there was 3 deep scores on the front. I contacted the seller and his email reply was "scratches are scratches and if you have a problem raise a dispute". I did and I have just won the case. Can I still give him negative feedback?

Can't see why not, I would!:)
Loool he got owned.
Yes, you can still leave negative feedback. Its a reflection of how the purchasing experience was to you with the seller and how they communicated and helped you...albeit it a bad experience. Its perhaps better to leave honest negative feedback to let other potential buyers know that the seller wasnt exactly forthcoming with their item description and the grief that you got following the purchase.

Yes, I'd really appreciate knowing that someone wasn't perhaps as honest in their product decriptions as they should have been. And his response was diabolical when you contacted him.

Clear factual information will allow other buyers to be informed, and doesn't mean that you're giving just opinion, as others can make their own for themselves.
