Ebay Feedback Nightmare

I recently sold a item on ebay the buyer did not pay within the 7 days as requested in the listing. I sent a cancellation to him which they accepted and the fees were credited back to me. I thought this was the end of it but nearly two months later they left me negative feedback saying they never received the item. How do I go about getting this removed ebay never replay to emails.

Call EBay and they will remove it for you.

Ebay customer support will resolve your problem, just explain your situation and they will remove feedback. I've done same in past

Definitely ebay will remove that because there is nothing on file to show as it being paid for.

Ebay really need to put a stop to non paying buyers leaving any kind of feedback. And as a seller there should be a option for some kind of non payment feedback that sellers should be able to leave.

Should have sent an unpaid item case rather than a cancel transaction. Ebay should still remove it though, either Live Chat or phone.

When an unpaid item case closes without payment, we’ll block the buyer from leaving Feedback and add a strike to their account. This can lead to buying limits or suspension.

I wont be using eBay after i've paid my eBay fee's this time. I've had around 3-4 buyers mess me about (claiming they never received items, items weren't in good condition when they were absolutely pristine). I've just had enough of it. When eBay taken away the ability for sellers to leave negatives, it became clear that eBay were trying to make the site have FAR less 'red' negatives as they ruin the image of the site.

The woman who claimed my item was in bad condition has gone on to buy/sell as she pleases whereas my negative impacted my sales slightly....not massively, but I noticed a small drop in sales once I got the red.
