I've just bought a Sansa Fuze off an ebay seller (platinum). Description includes the following:
"These are B plus GRADE units, meaning that they have been returned to a major retailer either as a failed delivery, under a money back guarantee, cancelled order or unwanted gift.
These units are all tested and checked and sold as B plus GRADE, sometimes there maybe a very minor cosmetic blemish or the manual / box may not be 100% perfect, but generally these items are perfect and indistinguishable from new"
Mine arrived and has some blemishes but nothing major. What does annoy me is that it is a faulty return, originally bought Oct 2008 and returned for refund Apr 2009 and sent for repair and then on for sale to me. All this is noted on a sticker on the box.
I feel that that is stretching the description of the condition just a little, as it is now well over a year old, but the seller is having none of it.
Am I just being picky or do I raise an ebay complaint for not being as described. I can have a refund but I have to pay the return postage to NI to get it.
