All the winning buyer has to do is start a dispute, and he will get all his money back. It's not like the seller can run with the money.

not really, it clearly states in the listing what you are bidding on. Not the sellers fault if they didnt read the listing properly.
Its not like its in samll text either.. its in Bold and in bright red.

true say in title it says selling a xbox 360 and then in the listing it says selling receipt **** I dont think no one is gonna pay anyways
#21
the buyer will get there money back,Ebay dont allow this kind of thing anymore ,The title has to clearly describe what something is and this doesnt mention preorder in the title,

if they have not seen it before bidding what makes you think they will before they pay ?

Be sure to follow eBay's rules regarding titles. The following types of titles are inappropriate for inclusion on eBay.

Titles that fail to state what the nature of the item is.
