ebay free listing day - question

I have given up trying to get turbolister to work so listing direct in ebay now. I am listing some things that should be free to list - however it is coming up with 15p listing fee. It is a free listing auction format this weekend. Is this reflected in the price it tells you it will cost before you list an item i.e. will it say £0 or will it show a fee but then not charge it?Many thanks
