Is there an easy way to sort sales that are still awaiting feedback, so I can send a polite reminder to buyers? Or do I have to sort manually one by one? Read More

Oooo don't do that,it's one of my pet hates sellers sending reminder emails etc.

One seller sent me numerous so i said if you send me another reminder i'll leave neg feedback as you're doing my head in.

Feedback is optional!

I don't belive there is any easy way to message them one by one, unfortunately.

Yeh, and you could say that.....

I hope everything is fine....blah blah, if it is, please could you leave positive and i will do the same

There is also the chance they are not leaving any becasue they were less than satisfied.

You can send bulk mail, just highlight each sale and choose the email option dropdown at the top. Send out a standard email to them all.

Possible but doubtful, all brand new sealed items well packaged and at a fraction of retail price, and all posted day of payment and received next day (recorded)

i often ask when i post-please leave positive on receipt or let me know if a problem. I dont always get feedback and sometimes i get it weeks after..

Always leave buyers immediate feedback as soon as they have paid, as their part of transaction is complete. Unless they have <10 feedback in case of scammers.

How many have you got to do?

Don't really see the problem, sort by awaiting feedback > click on all the missing ones > click on email > send > job done.

Personally i'm terrible at leaving feedback i always leave it BUT it takes me weeks to get around to it so that's why i say some people don't take too kindly to feedback reminders.

Your call of course:thumbsup:

Thats a bit inconsiderate! What about when paypal put the sellers money on hold? Its on hold for 21 days or until the buyer leaves positive feedback.
A little selfish i think when leaving feedback takes about a minute!

I hate this also. Iv bought and sold plenty and always leave feedback, yet i have a handful of people who have not left feedback in return. On those occassions i did leave a message with the wording thanking them for their purchase and asking if they have time to leave feedback. Some have responded politely saying they forgot and others i have heard nothing back - so i have not messaged them again.

Not really she is right, fb is not a right it's optional. Meh people are lazy, if the sale goes well, you get paid, it's all good fb is OPTIONAL.

It actually does more harm than good if a buyer thinks your pestering, it will land you with a neg in some cases.

It's polite yes, but some don't do it, buyers and sellers both, that's just the way it is with it being OPTIONAL.

What if someone is waiting on that payment? What if they need it? It may be optional or OPTIONAL as you like to say :whistling: and surely leaving a neg because the buyer asks for feedback is wrong?
Again yes optional but still lazy and selfish

I have rarely left a Neg feedback at all on Ebay as a buyer,i was making a point to the seller that hassling a buyer over feedback isn't ideal.

But weeks isn't much good to someone who needs the money, I guess I just think people should think about others a bit more thats all. Never mind, ebay as a whole can be flipping pants

I'm sorry but it's not top of my agenda to leave feedback because a seller may or may not have a 21 day hold on the funds:roll:

if thats how you want to think thats fair enough, it amuses me how you can type something selfish and roll your eyes at me!
Anyway lets leave it and agree to disagree, would be a boring world if we all agreed about everything :)
And we can't argue on pancake day! :)
Take care and have a great day
