Do you have any bids on the item ?
#2
if you go on revise item i think you can do it there.

is it a "good" price - have you checked completed listings of the same item to check you are getting a good offer?

i think if there are bids on it the buy it now usually goes if you list with both options - hope that makes sense.

You cant change an auction to BIN... all you can do is cancel the sale and re post it as BIN (thus losing your entry fee)

what you will have to do if people have bid is tell the person who wants it to put in a massive bid that no one will outbid so he will win then when it finishes just charge him what he has offered.

or when hes won cancel the transation between you, as if the price is very high you will charged alot, then just set up a buy it now and send him the auction number.

yes but that we'll be his max bid not his actual bid

http://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?EndingMyAuction obviously depends on whether your happy to loose you listing fee and if you feel any guilt towards existing bidders.

id seriously think of leaving it as an auction, its on its last day anyway & you may well get more for it than he,s offering anyway, i always get people making me offers & i tell them to bid on it.
