ebay help needed please

I put a few things on ebay last week including an old goth top of my daughters, I stated that it was quite old, had some signs of wear, and the front had started to bobble and some of the material had ladders in it but no holes or tears and still looked ok on, which it did. Anyway I got an emaill today saying shes not pleased with the condition, she says the velour has started to degrade down one side and along the neckline, a lot of which is piling up and peeling off, the tops not what she was expecting and she wants to return for a full refund. Ive looked on ebays help pages but cant see any help regarding this, I believe I listed it fairly and I put a picture of the top, I dont think its as bad as shes saying. It seems silly for her to send it back to me spending £2 to get £3 back, shall I just offer her the £1 she paid for the top or give her the £3 and be done with it. Im out of pocket selling with ebay anyway so its not going to make much difference lol. What would you do? Ive given up with ebay now as with their fees and paypals Ive ended up about £30 worce off, I dont know how people make any money selling stuff on there. Thanks

I'd tell her to return it at her expense and refund £1, all the info she needed was in your auction, including a picture...you are not at fault, and cos she's a skank I'd make her send it back just to be tight lol

thanks for the advice, it did make me laugh that she was moaning at paying £1, I thought I would have got more really as even for the age it was a pretty top, so I'll tell her to keep it and refund her £1, lol, to be honest im more worried about getting bad feedback as ive got perfect feedback up till now.
