i placed an order on ebay 15th july for some toys for my sons 5th birthday they were from a ebay top rated seller who had Feedback score of 35350, 99.6 positive
they were supposed to be posted 48hr courier
anyway his birthday has been and gone and he is asking me everyday when the rest of his presents will come (he did have some other presents of us but not the main one)
last couple of days the seller has had some negs item never recieved etc also stating the items are bought from amazon and sent directly to the buyer
would amazon be able to tell me if an order has been placed in my name and to my address before i go out and buy him his presents elsewhere or can city link inform u if they have parcels in your name with no parcel no?
they have also had some positive today which is why i havent given up hope completely

Doubt Amazon will talk to you.

If you call City link and give them your post code/street address, they will confirm whether you have a delivery pending or not.

Why not call the eBay seller? All business sellers are required to display their postal address and phone number at the bottom of every eBay auction.

after i bought the items, she emailed me this
In most cases, we use Royal Mail 2nd Class so please allow 6-8 days for delivery
before contacting us.
