Ebay Help Please ...

I have an item for sale, finishes in 30 mins and with 1 bid on.

The bidder has just emailed saying the item is too small as he has just measured where it goes and wants to retract the bid.

Can he? If so how?

If he can't and no one else bids what's the best action to take?

Cancel transaction and relist. As long as he agrees to cancelations you will get your fees back
#2
i think they can as long as the bidding has not finished,if no other bids just relist the item up for sale.

You should be able to remove their bid I think?

Buyers cannot remove their bid in the last 12 hours of an auction unless the bid was made within an hour of them wanting to remove it. Or something like that.
