That's what i was thinking, they are probably making the OP wait on purpose.
#5
For the future OP,it's advisable and courteous to email and ask a seller BEFORE bidding whether they are prepared to wait two weeks for a payment.

yeah i understand they may do that but not replying to any of my questions before and after auction is a bit wrong personally, i would reply asap when i could and they have not replied to any have 2 negs now for no communication and long shipping times
#7
Nothing you can do OP other than ring them or file a claim.
#8
they where told that i didnt get paid until then if it was ok to wait, but not reply, then emailed again asking what version the console was and if it had been opened or tampered with, emailed asking if they had recived the payent via paypal and when the dispatch would be - all have no reply and was sent via ebay,

why mark as dispatch before i even paid as well - and not replying to my questions
#9
If they already had neg feedback and they didn't answer questions before the item had ended i wouldn't have bid in the first place, best to avoid sellers like that.
#10
there was no neg fedback when i won the item, neg appeard on 9th and 16th of aug

not happy took seller 1 week to send after payment

Do you have the same name on there as you do on here? They might have read your feedback.
#12
no different

- and i have my reasons to pull out the sale on here - other person would not provide pics and name and just to trust him, then moaned how i was unable to reply due to sky internet being down for 2 days

lol@ The first neg though,ok,a week to post is slow in my eyes, but not neg worthy.

Just file the claim .
#14
i wouldnt wait 2 weeks for payment, i would have filed a npb well before. So i reckon you should sit tight for 2 weeks to wait for delivery, only fair.
#15
i dont have a problem waiting but its the lack of comms form them that is the downfall

Isn't the process started automatically by ebay after 4 days now. I've had the pain in the neck buyers who win then don't bother paying for days. The cheek of them. Ask questions first then bid, not rocket science. I've seen ebay mail out a purchase reminder email automatically for some of my auctions but yet buyers think they can take forever.

You can more or less guarantee that it is these same late payers that are also the [email protected] that complain the most, and in some cases start an INR / NDAS without emailing the seller. Haven't had any issues myself but the the stories are all around the forums.

As i say, ring them or try emailing them directly NOT via Ebay messages, they aren't always reliable.

Here here! I had a guy purchase 2 items from me, he didnt pay for 11 days after the auction end and then moaned I didnt send the goods out 1pm next day delivery - although the only paid for 1st class recorded - I didnt overcharge on P&P either, wish I had!

Might be bad news there..often if negs start to land they keep coming because the seller has thrown the towel in and isn't sendin anything out.

i asked about the console afer i paid for it about the fact weather it was tampered with or opened. I asked about when it was despatched a few days ago, I told them about payment date and that was before the auction had ended but my bid was in in the last few seconds. I asked if he recived payment two days after i paid on the 13th.
#26
30th of aug is my two weeks up from payment date for the dispatch of my item which does not include sundays

One more thing...entering ebay is entering the world of the turnip head!!!
