What did the description say, what did the item look like the photo. You can claim the money back if you paid via paypal as long as you send it back and it is within a certain length of time if the item is not as described.

* We Are Different To Most Dvd Sellers On Ebay
* We Sell Used Dvd’s In Bulk, Many Are Simply Shop Stock That Have Lost Their Sellophane Wrapper On The Shelf
* We Do Not Sell Tatty, Worn Out, Scratched, Played To Death, Dog Eared Dvd’s That Have Been Used As A Coffee Mat In Someone's Private Collection
* We Individually List Every Item And Always Describe The Specific Quality Of The Item For Sale
* We Know That When This Is Missing From An Advert It Almost Always Means The Dvd Is Worn Out Or Damaged In Some Way.
* We Don't Combine Postage - We Set Every Auction As Cheaply As Possible And Then Let It Go
* Every Dvd Is The Original In It's Original Case

Its a stock photo

I wouldnt mind sending it back but the seller isnt replying

if the discs are in good condition, then im not sure you can complain. they dont mention the packaging in the description really.

If you paid by Paypal and the seller won't refund you,you have the option to put in a claim, the item will have to be returned by signed for means, and the seller will refund your item bid/buy plus the postage originally charged, however the cost of return postage for the item is your own expense.

If they not replied back, why don't you request the sellers contact info and give them a call 1st.

Having looked at the listing, they don't say much about the item specifically, there box of info, the way they got it worded out,its like it applies to everything they sell. If you not happy and the seller ain't going do a simple refund etc, then likely Paypal will just hand over the cash back.

Bit awkward this one to be honest, it does not say new and does tell you they sell used DVD's.
You could 'pull' his contact details and phone him.
If they all work fine I'd leave it, £14 is a good price in my opinion for this.
