You recently listed the following item(s):

********* - Wii Console + 4 Controllers + Call of duty 5 (PS3 Xbox)

Unfortunately, we had to remove your item because the way it was listed breaches our policy:

Will be open to offers if you email me

You may not manipulate eBay's system in order to avoid paying certain eBay fees. This includes practices such as adding previously unspecified fees after the end of the auction, or charging excessive postage and packaging in order to recoup your listing and Final Value Fees.

Fee avoidance provides a poor buying experience and gives you an unfair advantage over other eBay sellers. You're not permitted to offer other eBay members the opportunity to purchase anything away from eBay via the eBay website. This includes inviting members to 'make you an offer', but not using Best Offer on your listing.

For more information on copy this link into a new browser window:

http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/listing-circumventing.html

Please note: violation of this or other eBay policies may result in forfeit of eBay fees on cancelled listings, limits on account privileges and account suspension.

Here's what you can do now:

We notified members who placed bids on the item that the listing has been canceled. Your listing(s) may be eligible for relisting through My eBay. If your listing is eligible, you'll see it in the Unsold Items section of My eBay. Listings that are not eligible for relisting will not be visible in the Unsold Items page.

To relist your item, log in to My eBay, go to your Unsold Items and select the item that was cancelled -- it's highlighted with a yellow banner. Before relisting, please make any changes necessary to ensure that the listing is in compliance with the law and eBay policies. You might want to check your other listings for similar breaches as well.

Please take some time to review our listing removal policies and seller rules - copy these links into a new browser window:

I added pictures through Auctiva, and put PS3 Xbox in my title flip me can you do anything to make yourself noticed on ebay anymore.

Not that 90% of the sellers on there do the same thing.

Ah I totally ignored that when reading.

Thats to much Forum use for me and not enough attention to detail.

Thought i was for another reason.

Oh well I can relist without that stupid detail.

Thanks,

you get reported for anything these days some one must of said you offered to sell outside of ebay just say you will set up a bin for any offeres that way ebay can see your not trying to con them out of the % they charge you, have you not tryed to sell on here to save your fees

Yes but people not really interested in the item.

I would rather sell it on here, easy to deal with.

£200 for that seems to be expensive for people on here.

But there entitled to there views.

Don't do that! I had my knuckles rapped in the past for that.
Ebay are very arsey these days so just don't have anything like that in it. people tend to offer for things they want anyway so you'll probably still get a handful of offers.

If you already had a BIN on it, why not tick the Best Offer option, which i believe is free, which would have kept you inside the rules?

nothing on ebay is free.... thats why i'm very reluctant to use best offer.
i think they charge you the final value fee of the BIN regardless of if you sell it for say £20 less (i.e. they don't adjust the fees down to what you actually got for it)
I'm actually not 100% sure on that but i've never seen a sliding scale on the page where it says "the final value fee if this sells will be: £xx"
