ebay problem, buyers claiming not as described

Iv sold a pair of pumps, i listed them exactly as i see them, i took quite a few pics, so buyers could see exactly how they were and the buyer is saying I have put them through a hot wash, which i havnt and that theres no colour on the soles (there shouldnt be, iv no idea what she means) and that the symbol at the back has worn down, and you can see exactly how much it has been worn down in the photo.do I have any chance here or am i going to have to refund plus the cost of her returning. the item is exactly as described, she is just making things up because they arent pristene.

tell buyer to do one.

inner sole shows signs of wear as you'd expect.

obviously they dont fit buyer so not SNAD

who buys second hand shoes?

yes they look worn, no they don't look like they've been through a hot wash

Why would they even bother over £2.99 lol

so what if they open a case, iv heard sellers don't stand a chance if they do

the only thing I did to them since the listing ending was wipe round the white part with surgical spirit to remove the grey scuffs, that made them look better than the pic

they have to have a semblance of a reason for SNAD, which they dont. At the end of the day, buyer has to return at their cost so they may well not bother once they realise this

Buyer is tring it on, description fits pics fine :)
#14
buyer is at it trying to pull a fast one i would tell them where to go i dont see anything wrong with the listing they obviously got them and they dont fit :)
#15
Some people are just serial complainers I think. Looking at the photos, you can see what they look like, let them return at own cost for refund, even if it did go to dispute they woudl still have to return at own cost anyways!

thankyou, i thought so 2, well ill just have to take a neg on the chin, think i may leave ebay alone for abit, seem to be having a bad run atm
#17
Maybe think about putting a no return statement in your description in future to cover these sort of problems.

i wouldn't let her return them.
As long as there's nothing that you didn't show or describe then just tell her no returns
