I recently purchased a ds ez flash card from a seller on ebay and after thinking it was ok i left him positive feedback, i have now come to realise after not being able to save my progress on the games i play that the internal battery on the card is dead, just wondering what i could do to get a refund/replacement off seller or am i knackered because ive already left him positive feedback.help!

You could always email & explain the situation to him/her & see what is said first ?

Why go staight to a claim? If this was a recent deal then IMHO the first step is to always contact the seller to give them chance to put it right. .

Absolutely agree with this, and eBay says exactly the same.
Most sellers will want to sort things out when a reasoned discussion is undertaken.
Sellers often don't know the item is not working.
Just be polite and clear about what happened, and finish your email with something like 'Looking forward to resolving this amicably'

are you sure the battery is dead? most game saving problems with the ezflash are down to the .lst file or rather the lack of one or use of a really old one.

Just email the seller and ask! Its got nothing to do with you leaving feedback already or not. It depends on how long ago you bought it.
