Hi all, just need a little help. Returned an item to an ebay seller he's recceived it and is asking for

"can you send me a request for payment so I can make sure the refund goes to the correct address"

Which button to click on ebay to get this request? Return Item button then fill in all details he's already received it of course... seems like a dim question but thanks if get a reply

the seller should go to his Paypal transaction page, and there is a issue a refund option near the bottem of page
Advise him of this or go to the resolution centre.

if you request money from him you will get charged more than likely, if he issues a refund you will not.

give him your paypal address to help him find the right transaction, if he still struggles tell him to paypal gift you as otherwise you will have to pay fees.
