Just wondering whether anyone has opened a case in Ebay's resolution centre and their experience? If seller has not responded within 10 days have you been refunded?
I have just opened a case after ordering a textbook and never receiving it. Failed to get a response from seller via email and phone.
I've read that there is an option of going through ebay and paypal's resolution centre. Is it one or the other and not both. If so, which is better?
