Anyone taken one of these out?

I was thinking about it but it states:

If there isn’t a manufacturer’s warranty, your coverage term will be adjusted to reflect the absence of the manufacturer’s warranty.

There wouldn't be the automatic one year manufacturers warrenty though as I bought it from ebay.

The item is a brand new games console.
