You got it today and negged today, didn't give him much of an opportunity to sort it out!

Its the weekend, not everyone is sat at their pc 24/7

Well you know what's going to happen. If you complained SNAD you'll end up sending it back (recorded) at your own expense, then paypoo will refund you. Send him a dog turd in a box, that's what i'd do

It might have been easier if the OP hadn't negged and gone down the paypal route without giving the seller adequate time to respond.

I despair at some people,no common sense.

I agree.

He's done it before, he'll do it again that much is obvious from his feedback from the last month. A neg well deserved. Why should buyers have to waste their time trying to sort out problems caused by lying sellers?
#17
The seller will have his account restricted at this rate so he might have been prepared to offer the OP a refund without sending it back, its always worth talking to the seller before leaving feedback as it can be done after you've secured your refund anyway.

Also the sellers feedback didn't stop the OP from buying, which is quite often the case!

You mean the ONE neg he had at the point of sale? That wouldn't have put me off either. Now he's got 7 though.......

Buyers ordinarily don't take much notice of a seller who has got a fair amount of feedback and that can cause problems,in this instance the seller has only been registered for four months and if you READ the feedback comments there are an alarming amount of positives saying the seller did not go through with the sale,or payment refunded etc

Also the seller should be registered as a business seller with the amount of supposedly brand new items he is selling.

OP that is something you can report the seller for too.

But its hindsight isn't it,in foresight the OP should never have bought from this seller, but thats by the by now, getting a refund is important.

the thing is i came across this seller previously last week no negs just neautral ,
wheni won the item in my ebay it said he had relisted the item , confsion so i spoke with him he had more than one of the item avalible, which may or may not be true as it is 2nd hand reseals he is selling, i told him you have to state you have more than on avalible to avoid confusion, im the kind of person that does'nt f around, i just act , it is the first time i have left a negative before, in my eyes it was deserved, for lying in the listing, delivery taking so long i.e sourcing 2nd hand game ..... to try and pass on as brand new and factory sealed , i mean c'mon its a joke right

Oh and if he knows the rules of ebay he can get that neg removed, as it mentions a paypal dispute!
You should think before leaving a neg if you really have to, make sure its calm rather than a heat of the moment dispute.

it was my first neg i ever left on ebay, the fb rules cant say iv read them, i put a dispte in after i left the neg, maybe i should've spoke with the op ..... but im the kind of person who does'nt muck around,

p.s i have seen some of you post's on theards tinkerbell you seem to be good with the advice etc on other threads

Have you read his actual fb? Go and read it, how many "problems" he had and refunded for transactions that failed under his positive comment. It should of raised alarm bells tbh! In leaving neg so quick he now as no "incentive" to help you. You will be out of pocket return postage, you would have gained more by waiting as with his seller performance he probably would of done anything to avoid a neg. Not saying it was not deserved but you did yourself no favours in being so hasty:thumbsup:

i suppose you are right, this is the first problem i have had on ebay, maybe i could've seeked advice here or elsewhere on other ways to act on this, whats done is done, as for the p&p il see what happens, like i said he would'nt be getting a bad rep on ebay if he was'nt lying on the listings and causing situations like this, all his own doing he/she ..

Thanks  Best advice with negs if you have to, is give it a couple of days see what happens with the seller. Then do it calmly so it can act as a warning to to others. Any feedback which is abusive, non factual or that mentions ebay or paypal investigations will be removed if it's reported, so always best to hold fire. As it's easy to write a neg in the heat of the moment that will get removed:thumbsup:

tinkerbell28
Well you live and learn! Best thing to do in future is wait see what the seller can do and then at the end of it leave the fb and if you feel the neg is still deserved, carry on! You will find sellers are more prepared to help if you have not left fb yet!

im not sure if any one has seen the fb i left al i stated which it is factual

NOT BRAND NEW SEALED, IT WAS A 2ND HAND RESEAL ,*BEWARE* DISPUTING WITH PAYPAL

ah i did mention paypal , il bare it in mind next before i jump the gun hopefully i won't encounter any more problems on ebay, thanks for the advice

i got a message from a diffrent ebayer today asking if i would reccomend allanb80 , i was honest and said i wouldnt as for reason on this post about the item in question, but also for th ebuyer to be aware you may or may not receive what is stated on listing as more people are leaving neg feed back, i mean 9 neg in 1month or less is a bit much, and 5 neutral ..

BUMP

UPDATE THIS SELLER HAS GOT 27 NEGATIVES IN 2WEEKS OMFG HOW CAN THAT BE POSSIBLE??????
