Ebuyer- are they reliable?

I'm thinking about buying one of their outlet items and just wondered if anyone else has? Never bought from Ebuyer before and looked through the reviews on here. Not bothered about postage delays but wondering how reliable the site is especially for returns etc. I can vuy the item for another £15 from bt or amazon and wondered if I might be better doing that?

I bought my PC from Ebuyer. I had one small problem with one of the components that I bought and I had it returned (for free) and had a new one sent out to me and got it back within a week.

they are very reliable, when you get to checkout choose supersaver postage, as most of the time you still get it within 3 days

I had a problem with a tv I bought from them, but found their customer service excellent. Didn't have to return it though, so can't comment on how good they are with returns.

Great. Was just a bit concerned as to why the seem to have been banned from here before?

Staff were posting deals even after being warned, broke forum rules but not breaking any laws or anything.

They are a very good company and in all fairness the rule they broke is pretty ridiculous considering how a lot of deals end up on here anyway...

They are excellent, One of my favourite companies.

Yes Ebuyer is excellent and problem free

Great. Thank you all so much. Although just realised that it is only a 90 day warranty on open box items. Unfortunately they are oos for the new one! Happy with the company though so thanks for the reassurances!

Ebuyer are great, City Link (their courier) not so much...

Excellent however I dont buy from them anymore as they are one of the few that 'stick it to you' for delivery in N. Ireland. Their prices are usually competitive until you add postage. I've bought £1,000's off other providers because of this. If you are in England they should be competitive and reliable.
