Is it real? Its on an industrial park near aintree race course, i use it all the time for cheap blanks and generic ink. Its been open a few years now and is just expanding into the units next door. It beats travelling to Scan in bolton as its the cheapest computer shop in merseyside im looking at you Computerplus with your fancy dockside shop and prices to match. (Do i get a discount for this plug? ;-)

Oddest part is that it claims to have won some website award (see top of index page). Must be for Best Clone Site of the Year. LOL

I am baffled!!!! Good luck to the guys if they are genuine...

i go to digi's all the time, been going there for over 2 years. get all my media from there along with other things.

never bothered ordering from the site as its a waste of money paying delivery when i live about 10 mins away. no reason not to trust them

Much more likely they both bought off the same e-commerce solution company. Ebuyer having eventually moddeded the default template at the recent face lift. Likely it sold to any number of businesses, you only notice the similarity as this happens to be two competing in the same sector.

That really is a disgusting attempt at plagiarism. "I can't be bothered to design a site..let's nick Ebuyer's".
Digital Promo couldn't be bothered to do it properly either - it's still based around a off the shelf solution.

I really don't think that Ebuyer buys off the shelf solution... They're a multi million pound outfit with presence both in UK and US.

I was saying digital promo is using OSCommerce as a backend (if you look at the front page of DP, you will see many elements [such as the change currency box] that you will see on other sites using OSCommerce).
I have no doubt eBuyer spend 10x+ the amount Digital Promo paid for their rip off.

People on this thread really have ZERO clue about running an online business using oscommerce as a backend.

Please keep your snide comments to yourself.

Searching through 13 months of posting history to find a thread over which an argument can be sparked? Looks like Filth&TheFurry might have a new challenger.
