well even the manufactor wouldn't bother with 1 dead pixel as the cost to sort it oesn't make sense you could try running tv through a pixel reviver test

Sadly many sellers and manufacturers declare that you can expect some dead pixels without the product being seen as faulty.

I doubt your complaint will hold much weight with anyone.

I never use them.
Ebuyer are as dishonest as Abbey National and customer care as bad as Dixons.
Nuff said!

Ebuyer are crap.I bought a laptop and after 2 months the power supply stopped working.I called them at least 5 times with no success.I eventually had to go to HP themselves to get problem solved. They sent replacement overnight by courier at no charge.STAY AWAY FROM EBUYER

I have had no problems with ebuyer whatsoever over many transactions.

I've been using ebuyer for years and had so many great deals I've lost count. A superb retailer. As with all retailers offering very cheap prices, the customer service goes out the window, so you just have to deal with that or pay more and expect great customer service.

There is much you can do to bring the pixel back if its just stuck.

Same here.

A dead pixel isn't a fault, you cannot blame eBuyer for one dead pixel.
