  bought a tv and monitor from them and was excellent service, great service and fast delivery but you only know how good a company is when you have probs i guess and how they handle them

  it's great when you buy something and it gets delivered without hassle.
  you don't realise what a good service you have received until you get crap ones like my recent experience with the carphonewarehouse.

  They take a while to dispatch if you select their slow delivery method. eBuyer have been good to me but arent top tier like amazon. Part of the problem is that they know their products and will ask questions if there is a problem. Amazon has no questions and no quibble 30 days returns policy.

  
  
  i bought a telly from them recently and chose standard delivery. the telly came within days which was a lot faster than anything that came from amazon.

  We've bought household goods, IT stuff etc over a number of yeras without any problem. In one case a monitor/TV we had bought packed up. It was literally in the last few days of the first year guarantee, but they attended to it without any fuss.

  They are ok until something goes wrong, and you need to send something back for a refund .

  Yeah, they're fine. I have a friend who runs his own PC repair business, he buys everything from them. I've bought a few things from time to time and had no problems at all.

  Awful.
  TV I ordered arrived dead.
  Had to chase them for months for a refund, and even had to badger the MD on Twitter to get a resolution.
  They even held onto the postage charge.

  they're ok until things go wrong.
  
  they always dispatch items on the fifth (last) day if you go for free delivery.
  
  they bulls..t you if your item is faulty - sent in LG LED monitor which was buzzing - their "technicians" said it's all fine, cannot find error.
  
  sent it to LG directly week later - confirmed fault & repaired.
  
  avoid, unless it's really really cheap or unlikely to fail.
