I bought a Car MP3/DVD/DivX player last Decemeber for the missus car. Recently it developed a fault - it was a bit tempermental in reading discs.
Logged an RMA with them on Friday. Much to my surprise, i didnt have to pay for the return and it was collected by Courier on Monday. Got an email yesterday to say they had tested and confirmed it was faulty and that a new replacement was on its way (to arrive on Monday.)
We've all seen countless examples of poor customer service..... thought I'd post this as an example of the complete opposite. Well done ebuyer!
Also, Ive bought a few low cost items previously which weren't working on arrival (external hard disc cases). An RMA raised and a replacement sent without even having to return the faulty one.
Ive used ebuyer for yonks (mostly because of competetive prices) and would have to say they've not always been as good. But credit where it's due - they've definately turned it around!
Any other examples of good customer service given?
