eCheque on PayPal

My friend have a situation on PayPal payment.
She got a normal account on Nationwide which it is not debit card.
It was already registered with PayPal as primary account.
However, she have just registered with an account with debit card.
She brought a product from ebay. She paid but it will be clear around 23/10.
Then, she realise that she has not changed her account yet. So, She deleted Nationwide account to make the Halifax account as primary.

Does it has any effect on the payment that she already made?
Can she cancel the payment and pay by new account to make it faster?

Any recommendation, I would be grateful

Thanks again

It will still go through. The only person that can cancel an e-cheque payment is the seller.

I am 90% sure that buyer or seller can't cancel the e-cheque at this stage. It can be refunded but I've never been able to cancel one going into my account.

If you follow the Refund payment option through before the payment has cleared it cancels it at the bank and no monies are taken or given back.
