I bought an item from Play.com and the envelope was tampered with and one of the items was missing. The item was a memory card that was in a packet with the edge prised open, with just the reader left.
I can only find the returns address for a damaged item whereas this seems to me a stolen item. They have sent me a returns no. do you think that this is all I need?
