Just got an email from Play about a game that got lost in the mail last december!
and they refunded me for it.
It says they would appreciate if I took the time to fill out the form so they can forward it to royal mail.
Is that a new thing they´re doing now?
Also, I don´t have a printer at the moment LOL
What am I supposed to do?
Do I NEED to return it to them?
Here´s the email: (below the message I copied is a bit that needs to be filled out and signed. I didn´t copy and paste that of course as it includes my name etc)
