Email from Play.com about an item lost in the post almost a year ago

Just got an email from Play about a game that got lost in the mail last december!
and they refunded me for it.

It says they would appreciate if I took the time to fill out the form so they can forward it to royal mail.

Is that a new thing they´re doing now?

Also, I don´t have a printer at the moment LOL
What am I supposed to do?
Do I NEED to return it to them?

Here´s the email: (below the message I copied is a bit that needs to be filled out and signed. I didn´t copy and paste that of course as it includes my name etc)

As part of our ongoing effort to ensure we offer you the best possible customer service we are working closely with our delivery agents to identify occasions where orders have not been delivered over the past 12 months.

Our records show that we have replaced or refunded an order for you within this period as the original failed to arrive. We would be very grateful if you could take a few minutes to complete the below form and confirm that your order was not received so that we may forward to our delivery agents for their further review.

Thank you for your time and cooperation in helping us to improve our service.

Kind Regards

Don't need to but would be nice to as they can then claim off the incompetent Royal Mail. :)

I know what you mean by saying this......a few months ago I had a grandad with his walking stick at my door (not mine) clutching my bank statements. Cons don't have to scroll through rubbish anymore, they now get it delivered to their door courtesey of the royal mail :?
