Tried to order 3 items from their newly delivered catalogue.
First of all there's no index !!
Tried to place online order:-
First item could not be ordered as it wouldn't allow you to select a payment method.
Second item was BOGOF in the Catalogue but this did not show at checkout.
Third item Cat. No. not recognised.
Rang their new automated helpline and after several minutes was put on hold to wait for an advisor - line promptly went dead.
I've emailed them with the problems but I'm not holding my breath.
