I vowed to turn my back on International football for a while after witnessing the shocking display on Sunday but now ive seen that England shirts are dropping in price im tempted to buy, maybe its the HUKD in me!!!

On a final note can i just say that we would have been better off with the FA telling Harry Rednap,Big Sam or Roy H to take 21 players from the championship and the lower leagues with the only Premier League players to be included being Adam Johnson and Hart. It makes me sick when i think about how poor we did!!!!!! Arrrrggggh

I think seeing an England shirt at the moment just signifies our defeat, it's all it represents when I see it. Most of the flags are gone from most houses and cars. If you start wearing a shirt now everyone will know you got it for £2.99 from the bargain bin...or even someones rubbish bin!

Sounds like the best bargain of all is for Fabio...who the hell dreams up these contracts and actually removes the escape clause for the FA? The fans continue to pay...

Get one - put it away in the cupboard and come Sept 3rd (1st Euro qualifier), we will all be optimistic again, claiming this is the new era of English football, and Harry Rednapp is our saviour, the youngsters are the way forward etc. etc., and wear it again with pride :whistling:

I would love it if just for that first qualifying match everyone boycotted it and England trotted out to a 99% empty stadium. Maybe then they would have a hard look at themselves and realise how much they had let the country down....but I doubt it. It would be great to see it beemed world wide and show them up.

On as serious note are the shirts actually dropping in price or was all the newspaper articles good advertising, as I can't see the shirts dropping in price at all tbh. Any links to cheap shirts would be useful.

That is the most tragic thing I've read in a while. Are you retiring from international football?

How do you expect the rest of us to cope without you? We're in a time of need and you just leave us?

Oh lord, oh lordy lord, how will we cope??

About 25 quid in sports direct yesterday in store. I wouldn't buy one because foolishly I already bought one. But, I don't mind because I actually like this one cos it's like cotton. I ain't wearing it til September though lol it would be suicidal!!!
